I’M SO GLAD YOU’RE HERE
What I cherish more than anything about being a wedding photographer is getting to become friends with and get to know you so deeply. I don’t want to be a stranger that you meet when I show up for your day, but a new friend that’s cheering you on every step of the way. I can't wait to meet you!

HEY, I’M JULIA
SERVING LOVERS SINCE 2017
I love music, and have been collecting vinyls for years. Some of my current favorite artists are Abby Holliday, Royel Otis, and Jensen McRae. I play a bit of piano, and Aaron plays pretty much everything. We love going on walks together and cooking. If I’m not photographing or editing, you’ll find me binge watching the same three tv shows under a heated blanket. I'm an animal lover - we have a dachshund, Maple, a cat, Kiwi, and two leopard geckos, Bean and Luci.
I met my husband in November, of 2020 on Tinder, of all places. I'd never fully bought into the "love at first sight" thing. At least, not until I met him. It truly felt like nothing else I've ever felt - like being reunited with my other half. From the day we met in person, we were pretty much inseparable.
In December 2021, he asked me to marry him, and we made it official in October 2022. Our wedding was an absolute dream. We eloped at Cedar Falls with just our families, and had a party to celebrate NYE 2022. "When you know, you know" is so real, and I'm beyond grateful for Aaron.

beautifully unique
“Every moment spent with Julia felt like Catching up with an old friend. Our photos never felt staged, but sweet, raw moments caught in picture.”
a few things you should know
I describe my photographing and editing style as documentary and true-to-life. I’ll be a fly on the wall through most of your day, but take charge when I need to organize everyone for the more formal photos!

I LOVE to travel! I’m based in Northern Kentucky, but have photographed weddings all over the country. My next wedding destination is Sedona, Arizona.

One of the things I cherish most about being a wedding photographer is becoming friends with my couples. I have made some of my closest friendships through working with couples for their weddings. Even years after the gallery is delivered, we still talk, text, and get together.
